Larry is a seasoned finance, accounting, and operations professional with over twenty-five years of finance and operational experience. He has experience in all aspects of accounting and finance including financial management, financial reporting, cost accounting, treasury, bank reporting and negotiation, and project management and restructuring.

Larry has been a C-Level executive, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Division President for a number of privately held and publicly traded mid-market companies. He has experience in high tech component manufacturing, semi-conductor test equipment, textiles, food and beverage, lighting, pharmaceuticals, secured printing, and medical devices and biomedical equipment.
