Lawrence Diamond is the Chief Financial Officer and a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s New York City office. He has over 35 years of finance and operations experience, with a focus on businesses in media, ad technology, and marketing services.

Larry is an accomplished finance and operations executive with a history of partnerships with CEOs through new business launches and periods of business transformation. Through his previous roles, he has a successful track record of cross business integration, streamlining client-facing and internal processes, managing business transformation projects across multiple teams, and working with sales teams on pricing and revenue strategy.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Larry was the Chief Financial Officer at Engine Group, a private equity-backed global adtech and marketing services holding company. He has also worked as a CFO in major media and advertising firms including Bloomberg LP and Interpublic Group. Earlier in his career he held roles across finance and operations at Martha Stewart Omnimedia, Time Warner, and The New York Times Company. He has also worked with early-stage founders to secure venture and private equity capital, and then scale those businesses towards sale or merger transactions. Larry began his career with EY where he provided audit and advisory services to client across various industries.
