Logan works on buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements for private equity firms and strategic buyers, which include platform investment, add-on acquisition, carve-outs, and roll-up transactions. Logan’s industry experience spans a wide variety of sectors, including franchising, restaurants, real estate, construction, health care, engineering, and staffing.
Logan was previously a senior associate in the firm’s Audit Practice and started his career at a boutique CPA firm in New Jersey.
