Luke is a partner and specializes in providing compliance and tax advisory services to a variety of clients including general partner entities, investment managers, special purpose vehicles, and fund of funds. Luke has substantial experience in the areas of aggregate tax allocations, foreign filing requirements, and state and local tax matters.
Luke was previously a senior manager in the Business Tax Practice at Untracht Early, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2022.

Luke loves spending time with family and friends at backyard gatherings, throwing cornhole, and sitting by a fire. In the fall you can find him on Sundays watching football with his family. He enjoys summer vacations to LBI and the Adirondacks with his wife Lauren and three children, Brooke, Hannah, and Ricky.
