Madeline Jaszczak is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Tax Practice. Madeline has over 25 years of professional experience in tax compliance and planning.

Madeline is a CPA providing services to private clients in the real estate, advertising, communications, technology, and legal industries. She has experience in executing all phases of an engagement, including planning, supervising, and reviewing federal and multistate partnership, corporate, and individual tax returns. Madeline also represents clients in audits conducted by federal and state taxing authorities.

Madeline was previously a director at Berdon LLP, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2023. In addition to servicing privately-held companies in various industries, she was a member of the Education and Learning Team and assisted in staff development by teaching general and technical tax seminars.

Prior to Berdon LLP, Madeline was a senior tax manager at Geller & Company, where she led the federal and state and local tax compliance groups for a multi-billion-dollar international private company.
