Mark Henry is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Braintree, Massachusetts office with over 15 years of experience in public accounting. He is also a National Co-Practice Leader of the firm's Manufacturing and Distribution Practice. He has significant experience providing audit, financial reporting, and business consulting services to clients in various industries, including but not limited to manufacturing and distribution, professional services, and technology.

Mark's financial and accounting experience is focused on helping his current clients navigate through their financial challenges. He works closely with his clients on the business issues they face on a daily basis, some of which include succession planning, growth projections, margin analysis, and bank compliance, among other issues.

Mark also assists his clients through mergers and acquisitions, advising strategic buyers and his clients on how to best evaluate and execute successful transactions on both sides of the sale. He specializes in quality of earnings, cash flow projections, integrity of financial information, and potential risk management issues. His services include performing comprehensive financial due diligence, advising on accounting issues, post transaction integration services, negotiation support, acquisition strategy formulation, and supporting his clients’ financial modeling.

Previously, Mark was an audit director at KAF, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2016.
