Experience
Martha is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Audit and Attest Practice based out of the Fort Lauderdale office. Martha is an experienced professional with over 15 years of experience in public accounting.
Martha is a CPA, and she is responsible for overseeing the engagements of commercial entities, not-for-profit organizations, and employee benefit plans with management consulting and compilations, reviews and audits of their financial statements. Her specialties include federal and state single audits, audits of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP’s), audits of Employee Benefit Plans. Martha advises clients on best practices relating to internal controls, policies, and procedures and the proper implementation of these.
Prior to Citrin Cooperman, Martha was a partner at Keefe McCullough, which was acquired by Citrin Cooperman in 2024.
