Matthew is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s High Net Worth Tax practice based out of the Florham Park, NJ office. Matthew is an experienced CPA with over ten years in compliance and planning for individuals, family partnerships, trusts and estates. Matthew has always embraced leveraging technology in tax compliance to find creative ways to develop efficiencies.
Matthew serves clients in the financial services industry with complex investments. He enjoys planning for and properly disclosing income from alternative investments such as hedge funds, private equity funds and fund-of-funds and being able to successfully communicate their impact on his clients’ overall income picture.
Matthew started his career at a Big Four company with a focus on the high net worth and investment management industries prior to joining Untracht Early in 2021 as a tax manager. Untracht Early joined Citrin Cooperman in August 2022.

Matthew enjoys surfing, paddleboarding, and spending time at the Jersey Shore with family and friends. Matthew is a runner and has completed two half-marathons. Matthew is a movie fan, sports fan and loves animals.
