Nicholas is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Commercial Tax Services Practice. Nicholas is an experienced professional with over 10 years of experience in tax compliance and consulting services.

Nicholas provides accounting, compliance and consulting services to private equity backed and privately held companies, their business owners, and key executives in a variety of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, real estate, architecture and engineering, service-based companies operating across the country. He also offers guidance to his clients on income tax provision/ASC 740 engagements.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Nicholas worked at a professional services company as a director in their tax and business services department.
