Nick is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Risk Advisory and Compliance Practice and is based out of the firm’s Owings Mills, MD office. With over 25 years of experience, he plays an integral role in helping to guide clients through business transformation initiatives. Client relationship management and collaboration are a priority for Nick as he advises executive management teams on ways to improve their business processes.

Previously, Nick was a director in charge of the Workiva Implementation Practice at Clearview Group, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2024. Prior to Clearview, Nick was a chief audit executive (CAE) for a large, multinational security software company. While there, he established the company’s enterprise risk management program, which led to the development of an internal audit function, business continuity program, and anti-corruption program. He also oversaw the Sarbanes- Oxley Act (SOX) and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) compliance programs and launched a data analytics function to help transform the business by allowing for more real-time, data-driven decisions.
