Experience

Patricia Young is a consultant working primarily in litigation support services for family law matters including the analysis of financial, accounting, and tax aspects of marital dissolutions. Her detailed analysis contributes to the expert witness testimony provided by the team.

Patricia has extensive experience supervising accounting and administrative employees for family, civil, and commercial litigation matters. Her work in analyzing, compiling, and producing documents provides key information to attorneys and the firm’s clients, which prepares them for hearings, mediations, and trial. Patricia works closely with attorneys in the Miami-Dade, Broward, Southwest Florida, and Monroe County offices.

Previously, Patricia was a director of litigation and valuation services at Appelrouth Farah & Co., P.A., which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2022.

Community Involvement

Patricia supports fundraising efforts for breast cancer research through organizations like Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation, and coordinated Appelrouth, Farah & Co., P.C.’s team participation in the Race for The Cure.

Patricia has been a board member for three years of KidSide, Inc., a 501(c)3 organization that helps children in crises due to high-conflict court cases. She is currently the Vice Chair of the organization.

Outside the office

Patricia enjoys travelling and running half marathons.
