Rachel is a director in Citrin Cooperman's Audit and Attest Practice with 12 years of progressive accounting, auditing, and consulting experience, along with a strong focus within the not-for-profit and healthcare industries.

Rachel has a deep understanding of internal controls and a successful history of leading accounting and finance teams to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting. She has gained knowledge in navigating specialized standards such as Government Auditing Standards (GAS), Uniform Guidance, and other federal program compliance. Rachel has experience performing independent quality reviews of assurance engagements subject to these specialized standards and is adept at overseeing all phases of engagements, consistently meeting demanding deadlines.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Rachel served as an independent consultant for several accounting firms.
