Rejo is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Commercial Tax Services Practice based out of the New York City office. Rejo is an experienced professional with over 15 years of experience serving prominent private equity funds, real estate funds, portfolio companies, operating partnerships, and corporations.
Rejo is primarily focused on tax compliance including complex partnership tax allocations, federal and state partnership and corporate filings, foreign and state withholding tax computations. He works closely with CFOs, fund sponsors, and family offices to implement tax efficiencies to the structure to mitigate tax exposure.
Prior to Citrin Cooperman, Rejo worked at BDO as a managing director in their Private Equity Tax Practice. Prior to BDO, Rejo worked at EY as a senior manager in their real estate practice, where he serviced top tier real estate funds.
