Experience
Richard is a managing director with over 15 years of tax experience. He provides tax compliance and tax consultation services to both domestic and internationally based individuals and companies on tax-related matters.
Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Richard served in the Comprehensive Tax Audit Division of Jamaica’s Ministry of Finance, the highest tax agency within the Jamaican government. In addition, Richard has significant experience in the U.S. operations of a Big Four public accounting firm.
