Experience

Rick is a director at Citrin Cooperman and is based out of the Braintree office. Rick has over 25 years of experience providing audit, tax, and advisory services to closely-held businesses across a variety of industries including architecture and engineering, real estate, technology, manufacturing, and distribution. Rick also has extensive experience working with not-for-profit organizations.

Rick advises clients on ownership transition issues, business acquisitions, KPI benchmarking, and complex accounting matters. He believes in taking a collaborative approach into every engagement so he can better understand his clients’ needs and goals

In addition to his experience working in public accounting, Rick also spent eight years in private accounting, which included three years as a chief financial officer for a prestigious not-for-profit organization. These experiences allow Rick to provide unique perspectives and insights that are valued by his clients.
