Rich Zendel, a principal in the New York City office, provides accounting and auditing services for a large number of real estate clients. He also advises law firms and closely held, family-owned businesses.

With more than 25 years of experience, Rich brings fresh insight to his clients’ situations and helps them develop innovative solutions. His other work with clients includes performing due diligence for sales and acquisitions of business, advising clients on negotiating various types of financing arrangements, advising start-up and growing business on various accounting and tax issues, working with management to implement business plans, and developing succession plans for business continuity. He co-chairs the firm’s real estate committee.
