Robert Cohen is a consultant in the firm’s Woodland Hills, CA office providing over 40 years of audit and tax experience. Bob’s expertise is focused on real estate accounting and taxation for both residential developers and commercial real estate operators. In addition, Bob heads the Cannabis Advisory Services department in the Woodland Hills office, providing accounting and tax advice to cannabis cultivators, manufacturers, resellers, and lab testing facilities.

Bob is able to provide his clients both tax and accounting advice, as well as strategic suggestions from an operations and profit optimization point of view. Due to his experience dealing with entrepreneurial individuals and business, Bob knows the types of issues that typically arise, making him a trusted adviser to all of his clients. While his expertise is in the real estate industry, Bob also advises and represents clients in the entertainment and cannabis industry.

Previously, Bob was a partner at LGSH LLP, one of the largest, full-service accounting firms in San Fernando Valley, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2020.
