He led the development of a proprietary in-house tax bridge that transforms general ledger data into a standardized format for direct import into tax return software, significantly reducing manual data entry and improving accuracy. He continuously evaluates emerging tools — including AI-enabled solutions — and engages with vendors to assess platform capabilities and recommend technologies worth pursuing.
