Scott is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Commercial Tax Services Practice, bringing over 35 years of experience helping business owners navigate the financial and strategic challenges that come with growing and managing a business. Scott’s deep expertise spans industries such as manufacturing distribution organizations, home health services, auto dealerships, real estate development, startups, technology companies, and professional services firms.
Working closely with owner-managed businesses, Scott provides guidance on everything from banking and funding relationships to tax strategies and accounting solutions. He takes pride in supporting his clients through every phase of the business lifecycle, whether they are just starting out, navigating growth, or preparing for a sale or succession. Scott’s approach is not just about solving immediate financial issues; he helps clients position their businesses for long-term success and sustainability.
Previously, Scott was a partner at LitmanGerson Associates, LLP (LGA), which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2026. Before that, he co-founded a local accounting and tax services firm.
