Sean is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s National Tax Office and serves as leader for the Transfer Pricing and Value Chain Optimization Practice. He has more than 25 years of experience in transfer pricing, global trade, and value chain optimization.

Sean's primary focus is bringing a harmonized approach to building tax efficient operating models that are also optimized from a global trade perspective.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Sean spent two years for a professional services firm's tax practice as their TP & VCO market leader. He had spent 22 years with a Big Four accounting firm, where he served as a senior transfer pricing and value chain partner in the firm’s New York City Practice. Previously, he was their U.S. transfer pricing and supply chain leader for EMEIA based in London, England. In addition to his U.S. knowledge, he brings strong command of the OECD landscape, as well as the regulatory and enforcement nuances outside of the U.S. In addition to his foreign assignments, he also built two market dominant value chain practices for the firm (Charlotte, NC and St. Louis, MO).
