Shannon is a director of operations at Citrin Cooperman.

Before joining the firm, she spent 15 years in leadership roles at a global research and advisory company. During her first five years, she served as a global team manager within the End User Product organization, where she oversaw client intake, onboarding and the execution of client events.

For the next 10 years, Shannon worked in the company’s Research Strategy and Operations department. In this capacity, she led onboarding initiatives for the chief of research and analysts. She also played an integral role in content planning, organizational structure, and the management of technology and business research featured on the company’s website.
