Steven Ching is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Practice. Steven specializes in advising clients in the middle-market space on the US federal income tax aspects of complex transactions in the technology, manufacturing, and retail industries.

Steven provides US federal income tax consulting services for both buy-side and sell-side clients, including tax structuring, tax due diligence, and modeling. He also maintains a robust practice of advising clients on Qualified Small Business Stock.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Steven worked in both law firms, mid-size and Big Four accounting firms.
