Thea Kruger is a tax partner with over 15 years of experience in public accounting. She provides tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to real estate businesses and their owners.
Thea works with clients in all sectors of the real estate industry, including owners and developers. Many of her clients are multi-generational businesses with a long history that are continually adapting to increase profitability and grow the wealth of their owners.
Her expertise includes helping clients structure transactions in a tax-efficient manner, using partnerships, trusts, corporations, or REITs. She also helps clients understand the impact of new legislation on their tax position.
Previously, Thea was a senior principal at Berdon LLP, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2023.
