Tom is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Practice, focusing on life sciences companies.
Tom specializes in new company formation and operational standup. He collaborates with founders and venture partners to build new entities while ensuring effectiveness and scalability of back-office operations. Tom also has extensive expertise in project management and has trained other accounting staff on planning and executing projects successfully.
Previously, Tom was a director at Browne Consulting, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2026. Earlier in his career, he was a manager at a Big Four accounting firm, working on business consulting and financial accounting advisory services projects. These included system strategy and implementation, performance improvement, and complex accounting standard change across multiple industries. He began his career at a financial services company in corporate finance, financial reporting, and internal audit.

Tom has committed time to support first-time founders on a pro-bono basis through life science incubator programs such as MassBioDrive, Texas Medical Center (TMC) Innovation Factory, and Johnson & Johnson Innovation (JLABS).
Outside the Office
Tom enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and two dogs. He also spends his free time fishing on the North Shore of Massachusetts from spring through fall. In the winter, he enjoys snowboarding at New England resorts with occasional trips out West.
