Tony is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Commercial Tax Services Practice. He focuses his expertise skills on domestic tax compliance and consulting for closely held groups, high-net-worth individuals, S corporations, and partnerships. He also has extensive experience with C corporations (including consolidations), buy/sell transactions, IRS audits and notice responses, and state and local tax issues.
Tony serves clients in a wide variety of industries, including the legal, healtcharehealthcare, real estate, construction, cannabis, manufacturing, distribution, and automotive dealership sectors.
Previously, Tony was a senior tax manager at Ostrow Reisin Berk & Abrams, Ltd. (ORBA), which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2025.
