Zeshan is a tax managing director and offers tax planning and tax compliance services to hedge fund, management company, and fund of funds clients operating in the financial services area. Zeshan assists these clients with both simple and complex federal and state and local taxation issues with the aim of uncovering ways in which each client can benefit from understanding and capitalizing on the unique tax opportunities available to them.

Zeshan was a senior tax manager in the Business Tax Practice at Untracht Early, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2022. In his tenure at Untracht Early, Zeshan took a leadership role in both informing the content and coordination of training for the Entity Tax Practice.
