Citrin Cooperman's Empowering Diversity and Gender Equality (CC EDGE) committee celebrated the close of 2021 by hosting a very special fireside chat with DEI thought leader and Walmart’s VP of Community Engagement & Support, Keith Wyche. Citrin Cooperman Partners Alex Reyes and Mandeep Trivedi had a powerful discussion with Keith about the vision, goals, and best practices for sparking diversity, inclusivity, and equity in the workplace.

The interactive conversation included:

  • Making certain that others are not just invited to the table, but are also able to order from the same menu of opportunities
  • How to foster an inclusive culture through small and meaningful changes
  • The need for every individual in an organization to drive change
  • Recruiting diverse talent and providing a roadmap to success within the organization
