The consequences of the pandemic put a massive strain on the healthcare ecosystem. The provisions of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act provided some financial relief, but there was a lot of complexity in obtaining some of those financial benefits, especially regarding access to funding.
