Aaron Taub is a director within Citrin Cooperman’s Tax practice based out of the White Plains office. Aaron has over 14 years of experience focused on servicing the tax compliance needs of asset managers in the financial services industry.

Aaron has extensive experience working with hedge and private equity managers on tax issues associated with structuring and operating alternative investment funds. In addition, Aaron has deep experience overseeing the overall tax compliance and reporting process, ensuring the timely and accurate filing of all relevant tax filings. His past and current clients include long/short equity funds, global multi-strategy asset managers, credit funds, private equity, and venture capital investment managers. Aaron received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the City University of New York and holds an Enrolled Agent License.

Prior to his role at Citrin Cooperman, Aaron was a Senior Manager at Deloitte.
