Alisa Morris is a marketing director at Citrin Cooperman. With over 20 years of professional services experience, Alisa identifies and supports the growth initiatives of the firm, increases firm visibility, defines value propositions, and ensures a consistent brand message across all external and internal communications initiatives and materials.

Alisa is the marketing person in charge of the New York City geography, along with the following niche/service practices: Franchise Accounting and Consulting, International Tax, Capital Markets, Women’s Initiative, Apexium Financial LP, Citrin Cooperman Wealth Management, and Citrin Cooperman India LLP.

Alisa’s expertise includes overseeing and facilitating the creation of marketing strategies and plans, directing all marketing initiatives including, but not limited to:

• Firm marketing and business development events.
• Monitoring and documenting marketing goals for individual partners, industry niches, and the firm overall.
• Leveraging CRM system to generate inquiries and leads, and nurture prospects.
• Leveraging social media to facilitate marketing plans and grow the business.
• Managing all details of the RFP process and workflow, and providing technical guidance to other team members on RFP procedures.
• Developing and maintaining accurate, current database(s) of industry contacts for mailings.
• Preparing an annual marketing budget and accurate monthly reports of all departmental expenditures.
• Managing the specific industry pieces of the firm website and intranet.
• Attending association events, representing our industry niches as an advocate and an ambassador for the firm at industry events.
