Tony Justic is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Business Process Outsourcing Practice and is based out of the White Plains office. He serves as an outsourced CFO, advising sophisticated boards of directors and solving complex business issues to achieve organizational excellence for companies in the manufacturing, distribution, not-for-profit, professional services, technology, and healthcare sectors. With over 30 years of experience, his focus areas include accounting functions, certified audits, strategic planning, succession planning, and structuring and maintaining banking relationships for clients.

Tony specializes in making accounting and auditing routine functions for his clients, identifying solutions to their financial needs, and presenting them in a way that is user friendly. Using dashboard reporting, scenario planning, and other tools, he provides specific, real-time updates on their business performance to help business owners make informed decisions.

Previously, Tony was managing partner of Maier Markey & Justic LLP (MMJ), which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2024. At MMJ, Tony helped the firm grow from three employees to over 50 and oversaw the acquisition of a 15-person information technology firm, which grew to 55 employees before being sold to a private equity firm in 2020.
