Branden is a director in the firm’s New York City office. He has over 10 years of public accounting experience dealing with tax compliance, tax consulting, and advisory services. He works with a wide array of clients, both domestically and internationally, that includes partnerships, corporations, and high net worth individuals.

Branden is a tax generalist with experience in entity tax compliance, with a strong focus on transactional services. He provides tax due diligence services and consults with clients regarding tax structuring related to mergers and acquisitions. He also provides litigation support for an array of tax-related matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Branden was a tax manager at a national public accounting firm, where he oversaw the hospitality tax practice of the New York City office. In addition, Branden has over seven years of significant experience working at a Big 4 public accounting firm.
