Experience

Callie is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s National Assurance Office and is the National Assurance Operations Leader. She is based out of the firm’s Chapel Hill office. She has over 13 years of experience in the accounting and financial services industry with established success in enhancing performance through operational, leadership, and culture‐building strategies.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Callie served as the Director of Operations for Assurance Services at one of the largest assurance, tax, and advisory firms in the nation.

Throughout her professional career, Callie has served in several distinct roles of increasing responsibility, accumulating experience in both external client service and internal firm operations. On the internal firm operations side, Callie has served as an operations leader, responsible for strategically executing the overall audit service line strategy at one of the largest CPA firms in the nation. She has also served as a learning and development leader, responsible for overseeing the learning and development strategy for over 500 assurance professionals. Callie has assisted in closing acquisitions, navigating mergers and acquisitions activities and integrations, and provided strategic business and industry-specific solutions to help elevate clients and improve the execution of audit services. On the client service side, Callie has extensive experience working with businesses in various sectors, including real estate and construction, manufacturing and distribution, professional services, and not-for-profit organizations.
