Carlos Farah is a partner in the firm's South Florida office. For more than 35 years, Carlos has served international clients and developed strong business ties to a growing network of professionals specializing in international business and tax matters. He has extensive experience in international taxation, assisting a variety of clients ranging from individual entrepreneurs to foreign corporations and their domestic subsidiaries with their individual tax, corporate tax and business consulting needs. Carlos's business acumen is second to none.

Carlos provides audit, assurance, and business advisory services for privately-owned enterprises. He consults with clients on a broad range of accounting and taxation matters, including the design of complex corporate structures involving the selection of proper entity choice, structuring of transactions, foreign withholding issues, and both foreign and domestic tax matters. Carlos has an extensive and varied business background which allows him to assist clients in making tough decisions.

Prior to joining the firm, Carlos was a co-founder of Appelrouth Farah & Co., which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2022, where he also served as the quality control partner.
