Catherine Eberly is an audit, accounting, and tax partner in the firm's DC Metro office with 29 years of experience in public accounting and eight years in private industry. She provides guidance to businesses and individuals in compliance with accounting and tax regulations. Her diverse client base includes government contractors, auto dealerships, construction contractors, real estate entities, professional services, closely held businesses, employee benefit plans, and individuals.

Cathy specializes in the government contracting industry, where she possesses a working knowledge of the federal regulations and special accounting needs, including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), cost principles, and overhead allocations methods governing the industry. Her experience includes preparing overhead incurred cost submissions for the Defense Contract Audit Agency (“DCAA”) as well as knowledge of the related specialized software packages. She has extensive expertise in auditing and providing management consulting services to government contractors, construction contractors, and employee benefit plans.

Cathy also specializes in auto dealerships, real estate entities, and professional services providing reviewed financial statements, accounting assistance, tax planning and preparation, and management consultations on various matters impacting these industries. Her experience includes tax preparation for the businesses that she serves, individuals, and trusts.
