Experience
Christine is a tax director in the firm’s New York City office with more than 15 years of experience providing tax accounting and provisions, tax compliance and consulting services to publicly-traded companies and privately-held companies.
Christine has assisted numerous clients in a variety of industries with income tax provisions, federal, state and international compliance and tax research. As a member of the firm’s Commercial Tax Services Practice, Christine spends the majority of her time advising clients on annual and quarterly tax provisions, uncertain tax positions and valuation allowance analysis, tax compliance and IRC 382 and 280G studies.
Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Christine worked as a senior tax manager in the financial services practice at a Big 4 accounting firm and was a tax director of tax services at a NYC based firm focusing on inbound foreign-owned businesses in the US.
