Chris Gately is a director with more than 20 years of experience in the firm’s Business Process Outsourcing Practice and is based out of the White Plains office. He provides human resource (HR) management insight, serving as an outsourced HR manager for clients in a wide range of industries. His focus includes guidance in employee relations, employee benefits, drafting of customized personnel policies, designing recruiting strategies, and streamlining payroll structure and processes.

Chris specializes in helping clients adopt innovative solutions to meet their human capital management needs with the goal of assisting business leaders in understanding how effective HR practices can lead to enhanced employee morale, better allocation of management time and resources, greater productivity, and often, increased profits.

Previously, Chris was the director of human resources at Maier Markey & Justic LLP, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2024. Prior to Maier Markey & Justic LLP, Chris served as a training and development manager in the banking industry, where he developed training programs for thousands of employees nationwide.
