Colleen is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Private Client Services practice. She advises clients on complex estate and gift tax planning, family and business governance, and succession planning to help support their desired legacy and goals.
Colleen has over 15 years of experience serving private companies, family offices, and high net worth families both within and outside of the firm. Her areas of expertise include comprehensive wealth transfer and estate planning, gift taxation, estate plan reviews, modeling what-if scenario, and working with clients and their attorneys to design and implement new estate planning strategies and/or strengthen their existing plans. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Ohio and holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from Baldwin Wallace College. Colleen has also attended executive education courses on family enterprises at the Center for Family Enterprises at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Prior to Citrin Cooperman, Colleen was a national resource at PwC for their Personal Financial Services practice focusing on complex estate, gift, and trust matters.
