Dan is an experienced professional with over a decade of experience providing tax compliance, planning, and consulting services. His clients span the franchising, construction, manufacturing, real estate, retail, and hospitality industries.
Dan has developed deep knowledge and understanding of a wide variety of tax structures, including corporations, pass-through entities, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals. He also has extensive experience serving closely-held businesses and their owners. Dan’s experience in an extensive range of tax areas allows Dan to recognize and advise on planning opportunities tailored to each client’s unique environment.
