David provides audit and accounting, business consulting, and tax and financial consulting for a diversified group of clients in the private sector, including broker-dealers, investment partnerships, business services, technology, distribution, manufacturing, and real estate. He also assists high net worth individuals with federal, state, and local tax issues, as well as representation before federal and state tax authorities. Other areas of expertise include performing custody rule audits for RIA’s and consulting with advisers on regulatory matters,
David was previously a partner at the firm MGI Repetti LLP, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2014.
