Experience
Deanna is the Director of WRAP Programs for Citrin Cooperman’s Government Contracting Specialty Advisory Practice. She is a financial analyst with over 25 years of experience in government contracting consulting services.
Deanna has a background in accounting, proposal management consulting, resource management, and financial analysis. This complements her ability to explore the adoption and further development of the wrap rate model that Citrin Cooperman uses for Price to Win consulting and direct sales to clients. The clients Deanna helps include a large portion of the Washington Technology Top 100 firms, as well as many up and coming small and mid-size government contracting businesses. Deanna’s varied background allows her to look at a situation from many angles and develop strategic solutions, even with limited data.
Deanna was previously the Lead WRAP Analyst at McNulty & Associates, Inc., which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2022. Before McNulty, she worked at SMA in various roles, including accounting manager, operations manager, and associate advocate.

Community Involvement
Deanna is heavily involved in volunteer work with the Boy Scouts of America. She is currently a Scoutmaster, Venturing Advisor, Order of the Arrow Advisor, Commissioner, Merit Badge Counselor, and she sits on several committees to help plan events, train leaders, and make Scouting fun, safe, and engaging for as many eligible youths as possible in the Las Vegas area. She is incredibly proud of her Troop of Scouts, which includes four Eagle Scouts who earned the award during her tenure, and two more who are quite close.
Outside the Office
Right now, much of her free time is taken up with Scouting, but Deanna also loves hiking and Summer Camp, is capable of bursting into song at the drop of a hat, and has been honing her dad joke skills.
