Dennis Murtha is a partner who works with investment management companies, real estate investment companies, and other commercial clients to provide assurance services, outsourced accounting, and business support services.

Dennis assists clients with a wide variety of outsourced accounting and business support services including recording complex transactions, managing the bill paying function, providing bookkeeping services, and reviewing books and records. In addition, he provides clients with audit assistance and helps them with the preparation and review of client audit work papers and financial statements. Dennis also has a background in tax, which enables him to pinpoint areas of concern when looking at a client's books and records and targeting tax issues that may be present to resolve issues in conjunction with the firm's tax department professionals.

Dennis was an executive director at Untracht Early, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2022. While at Untracht Early, Dennis had oversight responsibility for compilations, review and audit engagements, as well as outsourced accounting and business support services. Prior to entering the accounting industry, Dennis was a Portfolio Administrator at several large financial institutions.
