Experience
Ed is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Private Client Services Practice and is based out of the firm’s Providence, RI office. Ed has been providing sophisticated tax and financial planning solutions to closely held entities, trusts and estates, and high net worth individuals and families for over 35 years.
Previously, Ed was a partner at Andsager, Bartlett & Pieroni, LLP, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2024. Prior to joining Andsager, Bartlett & Pieroni, LLP in January 1996, Ed was a senior tax manager and practice leader of the Personal Financial Counseling Group in the Providence, RI office of a Big Four Firm. During his time there, Ed served on the editorial board of their national publication and was a member of the firm’s interoffice quality review team.
Ed has also served on the adjunct faculty at Bryant University in its Master of Taxation program.

He was a member of the board of trustees at Roger Williams University and served on the former Governor of Rhode Island Don Carcieri’s tax policy study group.
