Experience
Ed Roberts is a partner with more than 30 years of experience in the area of business consulting, and also tax planning and preparation for businesses, individuals, and estates.
A member of the firm’s Private Business Solutions Practice, Ed serves clients in a range of industries, including closely held businesses in apparel, manufacturing, distribution, real estate, staffing, and transportation. He also works with high net worth individuals.
As a tax and business consultant, Ed specializes in helping clients secure financing through his long-standing relationships with banks, factors, and private equity firms. Providing a wide array of services, he works closely with clients to minimize the tax impact of both their business and personal transactions. He is highly skilled in year-end projections, due diligence for business acquisitions, and tax incentives for relocations, as well as other various financial planning and projections to minimize federal and state tax costs.
