Faten is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Risk Advisory and Compliance Practice where she works with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing internal audit, information security audit, Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance, and System and Organization Controls (SOC) 1 and 2 report services. She is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and holds a Workiva certification, reflecting her extensive knowledge in information technology (IT) governance, compliance, and reporting.

Previously, Faten was a senior manager at Clearview Group, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2024. Prior to her role at Clearview Group, Faten honed her skills at a Big Four firm, working in internal audit functions and conducting comprehensive IT audits, risk assessments, and reviews for global organizations. She is passionate about helping clients optimize their IT processes, controls, and overall performance while fostering collaboration within dynamic, skilled teams.
