Gerald Iadeluca Jr. is a tax director in Citrin Cooperman’s Rhode Island office with over 30 years of public accounting experience. Previously, Gerry was a senior tax manager at LGC+D, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2016.
Gerry’s professional focus is on manufacturing and distribution, investment partnerships, nursing homes, complex pass-through entities, and multi-state tax reporting. He has a particular expertise in real estate entities of all kinds, including hospitality, and low-income housing tax credit deals.
In addition to serving clients, Gerry contributes to the firm through his staff development activities. He has many years of training experience to draw on to help him in these endeavors, and finds the practice deeply satisfying.

Gerry enjoys fishing, gardening, wine-making, and golfing in his spare time. He and his wife Nancy have been married for more than 25 years. They live in Warwick, Rhode Island, and have three daughters and one granddaughter.
