Experience

Gina Pellicano is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Providence, Rhode Island office with approximately ten years of experience. Gina specializes in providing financial statement audits to a diverse range of clients, with a focus on not-for-profit organizations and manufacturing and distribution companies.

In her role as audit director, Gina maintains a client base which spans a range of industries, including not-for-profit, engineering, distribution, telecommunications, and employee benefit plans. She has experience in federal regulatory reporting and compliance requirements, including Uniform Guidance, HUD regulatory reporting, ERISA, and Federal Form 990.

Gina is responsible for overseeing all engagement phases, including planning, fieldwork, and delivery. Gina works closely with her clients to provide them with a deeper understanding of their financial results, internal control matters, and upcoming changes in accounting and financial reporting.

Previously, Gina was a manager at LGC&D, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2016. Gina worked for LGC&D for five years prior to joining Citrin Cooperman.

Gina is an active member of the firm’s Empowering Diversity & Gender Equality (CC EDGE) committee, and she participates in annual college recruiting efforts, as well as staff training events.
