Jason Lloyd is Citrin Cooperman’s Assistant Vice President, Attest Business Process & Operations Leader, based out of the Florham Park office. Jason is a highly skilled administrative leader specializing in team building and mentoring, administrative and process best practices, and vendor relations and cost reduction strategies, while exhibiting a customer service and quality assurance mindset.

In this firm-wide role, Jason is responsible for further developing, enhancing, and streamlining Citrin Cooperman’s Word Processing, Proofreading, and Attest Admin Support functions and processes, which focus heavily on financial statement production as well as administrative support for engagement teams, Quality Control, and other areas of the firm. Utilizing more than 25 years of administrative and operational experience, primarily in the accounting industry, Jason provides insight on key process, quality, and technology efficiencies and strategies, while placing a strong emphasis on a positive, team-focused, and collaborative approach.

Jason was previously the Chief Administrative Officer at Berdon LLP, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2023. During his 10 years at Berdon, Jason led the firm’s Word Processing, Proofreading, Office Services, and Administrative Teams across both offices. He was also fundamental in spearheading a variety of firm-wide projects related to process efficiencies, facility management, renovations, and cost savings strategies.
