Jeff Worsham is a partner in the firm’s Beverly Hills, CA office with over 30 years of public accounting, tax, consulting, and business management experience. His focus is on tax, including tax compliance, planning consulting, and tax resolution services for high net worth individuals, entertainers, entrepreneurs, family-owned, and closely-held businesses. Jeff takes a big-picture approach on both tax and business matters, yet has a broad background and knowledge needed for each specific client’s business needs.

Jeff specializes in providing client-specific tax and consulting guidance for his clients at all levels, including a hands-on approach in assisting his clients through all aspects of business – from inception through growth to succession. His extensive background includes servicing clients in a broad range of industries and entity structures of all sizes.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Jeff was the tax lead for a division of the largest business management firm in the country, and specifically provided tax compliance and tax consulting to his clients including Beyonce, Justin Bieber, Bruno Mars, and Eminem. In addition, Jeff took sole lead for navigating that firm through key developments (both tax and non-tax) relating to COVID-specific matters, including PPP, SVOG, and ERTC.
