Jennifer is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s International Tax Practice. She specializes in domestic and international tax planning for individuals and businesses. She advises on cross-border tax planning and foreign information reporting obligations of inbound and outbound taxpayers.
Jennifer advises on the U.S. tax consequences associated with the formation of foreign subsidiaries and assists with structuring the acquisition and reorganization of domestic and foreign entities. Jennifer also analyzes the impact of U.S. income tax treaties with foreign jurisdictions on cross-border transactions, including sourcing rules, withholding tax obligations and limitation on benefits provisions.
Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Jennifer served as a director in the International Tax Practice at Mazars USA LLP, a tax attorney in the International Tax Services Group at RSSM, and an assistant tax director at Sony Corporation of America.
